With over 15 years of enterprise Information Technology and Telecommunications experience, Iain has an innovative leadership style that delivers extraordinary results. He achieves growth through his inclusive management style, by facilitating success of people across every area of the business and instilling company goals and values. His sense of empathy and intuition is attuned to customer and staff motivations across cultures and languages.
A people person and a technologist with an entrepreneurial spirit, Iain brings simplicity to designing and aligning complex programmes of work with business strategy. He can lead major business transformation programs. Identifying areas for innovation and getting to the root cause of complex problems.
Iain’s results-driven success has been sought out by past employers, and is underpinned by extensive cross-disciplinary skills, a list of senior and middle management roles, and a strong sense of self-awareness and humility.
Prior to his appointment as Head of ICT of ANZCO Foods New Zealand, Iain has held senior management roles within several industry verticals including General Manager of Technology for the Royal District Nursing Service NZ. He has also held senior positions with some of NZ's leading IT service providers; most recently National Solution Manager of Datacom NZ.
